HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD THE CLIENT?

I can't find where to download the client, because the link given in forum and site is invalid i tried every way that i know but it didn't work so can you please help me to download the client?

temporarily unavailable po .. under maintenance po server eh .. upgrading to ver 2
